Cancellation requests received more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received between 21 and 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received 20 days or less before arrival will receive no refund. No refunds are provided for no-shows, early departures, or disciplinary discharges.

Date Changes

Date changes are permitted once without penalty if requested at least 20 days before the original arrival date, subject to availability. Subsequent changes and cancellations will be treated as cancellations with no refunds.

Stay Duration

The minimum stay duration for any program is 7 nights, as this is the minimum period for naturopathy protocols to be clinically effective. If you leave early or stay shorter than 7 nights, you will be charged for a minimum of 7 nights. Your doctor will recommend an optimal program duration based on your specific health condition during the preliminary consultation.
